The C5 is the 50 mm wheel in the Farsports C Series — the steel-spoke build, and the one Farsports rates with no rider weight limit and clears for gravel. At 1320 g the pair it gives up a little weight for a wheel you can stop thinking about.
- Rim — 50 mm deep, 31.5 mm external and 24 mm internal, hooked and tubeless-ready
- Spokes — Alpina® Ultralite aero steel, 21 front and 24 rear, 2:1 lacing
- Hubs — Farsports CH01F / CH01R ratchet, Center Lock
- Weight — 1320 g the pair
- Rider weight limit — none, and rated for gravel
- Freehub — Shimano HG 11/12-speed or SRAM XDR
Choose the C5 if you want an all-round 50 mm wheel with no weight limit at the lowest price in the range. Want the same depth 100 g lighter on carbon spokes? That is the S5. Want CeramicSpeed bearings? The EVO C5. Full side by side: C, S and EVO compared.
Working it out? Our guides cover choosing between 45, 50 and 58 mm, what “no rider weight limit” actually means, and whether your bike takes an HG or XDR freehub.
