The S5 is the 50 mm wheel in the Farsports S Series — bladed carbon spokes, 18 front and 18 rear, on SH01 ratchet hubs. It is 100 g lighter than the steel-spoked C5 and, unusually for a carbon-spoked wheel, still carries no rider weight limit and is rated for gravel.

- Spokes — bladed carbon, 18 front and 18 rear, 2:1 lacing
- Hubs — Farsports SH01F / SH01R ratchet, Center Lock

- Rider weight limit — none, and rated for gravel
- Freehub — Shimano HG 11/12-speed or SRAM XDR
Choose the S5 if you want carbon spokes without accepting a weight limit. The C5 is the same rim on steel spokes for less; the EVO S5 is 40 g lighter again on CeramicSpeed bearings, but is limited to 120 kg. Full side by side: C, S and EVO compared.
