Farsports EVO S5 Purple Hub Limited Edition

The EVO S5 Purple Hub is the limited version of Farsports’ lightest 50 mm wheelset: the same carbon-spoke EVO S5, built on purple-anodised SH01 hubs with CeramicSpeed bearings, at 1180 g the pair. Farsports sells this version with a lifetime warranty on the CeramicSpeed bearings. As with every EVO wheel, the trade for the weight is a 120 kg rider weight limit.

• Rim — 50 mm deep, 31.5 mm external and 24 mm internal, hooked and tubeless-ready
• Spokes — Farsports carbon, 18 front and 18 rear, 2:1 lacing
• Hubs — Farsports SH01F / SH01R ratchet in purple, Center Lock, CeramicSpeed bearings
• Weight — 1180 g the pair
• Rider weight limit — 120 kg
• Axle — 12×100 mm front, 12×142 mm rear thru axle
• Freehub — Shimano HG 11/12-speed or SRAM XDR

Choose the Purple Hub if you want the CeramicSpeed EVO S5 and want it to look like nothing else on the group ride. The standard EVO S5 is the same wheel on black hubs, with steel or CeramicSpeed bearings, for less. If 120 kg is too low for you, the S5 has no limit at all. Full side by side: C, S and EVO compared.
